Quantum Healing Meditation Course
Thursdays 11.30am - 1pm, 22 May - 26 June

6-week course + 1:1 Quantum Healing Hypnosis (3.5hrs) - £195

Each class begins with a 30min group discussion about the weekly topics, followed by a 45min seated guided meditation, finishing with a herbal tea as you re-ground. You will also receive an audio copy of the meditation for a home practice.
