This 21-Day Ayurvedic detox and rejuvenation programme package includes: - 90min Ayurvedic Health Consultation (in-person) - 21-Day Ayurvedic Reset programme booklet (PDF) - Cleansing & rejuvenating Ayurvedic recipe booklet (PDF) - Ayurvedic perspective on your disorders (PDF) - Weekly meditation recordings (x3 audios) - 45min follow-up consultation to check on your progress (in-person, Zoom or telephone call) - Personal diet and lifestyle recommendations to maintain health (PDF) - 2hr Ayurvedic Full Body Massage On booking, select the date and time for your consultation (90min). Sarah will then contact you to arrange dates for your massage and follow-up appointments. These are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. Detoxifying and rejuvenating Ayurvedic herbal supplements are available on request and tailored for your individual needs (additional cost applies).
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not available after booking. If you are no longer able to make the appointment, please get in touch with at least 24 hours notice and we will try to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
