The 5-day Soul Wisdom bundle is worth £360 when purchased as individual sessions. The package includes: Day 1: Health Consultation with Ayurveda & Soul Speak recommendations (90mins via Zoom) Day 2: Energy Healing with Reiki and Light Language activation (1hr meditation audio) Day 3: SCHH Quantum Healing Hypnosis (3.5hrs via Zoom) Day 4: Yoga Nidra (1hr meditation audio) Day 5: Multi-dimensional Soul Integration (1hr via Zoom) The 5-day package takes place Monday to Friday with slots available at 9am or 2pm (UK time). Select the slot on booking for your Day 1 session via Zoom video call. The following Zoom calls on days 3 and 5 will take place at the same time (e.g. 9am or 5pm) that week. You will receive a link to access the meditation audios for days 2 and 4, which can be taken at any time on these days. Following booking, you will receive a form to complete to help Sarah tailor the sessions to your individual needs and goals. Please note, there are only a maximum of 2 available slots for this package per week.
