Service Description

Prior to the session you will be sent a short meditation audio where you journey to the Akashic Records and perhaps receive a glimpse of a soul aspect of your multi-dimensional self that is waiting to be integrated within your energy field, The 1hr session takes place via Zoom video call. We begin by discussing your findings from the guided meditation and then move into a comfortable position, where you are guided through a relaxed state to journey again to your Soul Records. ​Through the inner senses, we identify the soul aspect together, calibrate and understand what wisdom, gifts and guidance this part of your multi-dimensional soul is able to bring forward. Then we progress to integrate and anchor this aspect into your energy field. ​The whole process is assisted by the Akashic Record Keepers, your Higher Self and personal guides, alongside Sarah's spiritual guides and intuition.​​ ​​The audio of the MSI session is sent to you within 24hrs alongside any personal recommendations.
