Book a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session (3.5hrs) before 1st May and receive the basic package for only £131.25 (25% OFF). This is for in-person sessions at Riverside Relaxation in Southdown Marina, between May and October 2025. Slots available to book are Tuesday mornings and Thursday afternoons, but additional times may be available on request Monday - Friday between 9am and 6pm. If you book onto the 6-week Quantum Healing Meditation course (22 May - 26 June) you are offered a 3.5hr Quantum Healing Hypnosis session for the reduced rate of £102 (full course & hypnosis package £222). Weekly classes are Thursdays 11:30am - 1pm (max. 3 spaces available). Individual Quantum Healing Hypnosis sessions are available Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm. Online sessions are also available via Zoom from March. This requires a stable WiFi connection and suitable set of headphones with microphone. Sessions are approximately 3hrs 30mins. This includes: - A pre-session chat (1hr) - Your hypnotherapy session (2hrs) - A post-hypnosis review with additional guidance (20mins). The package includes a meditation recording that you are advised to listen to daily the week prior to the appointment. This helps deepen your experience by practicing visualisation and relaxation techniques and connecting to Sarah's voice and energy. You also receive an audio recording of your hypnotherapy session shortly afterwards.
