Service Description

*JANUARY OFFER* Book a Quantum Healing Hypnosis session before the end of January for HALF PRICE - only £111 (normally £222). Available to book from December for sessions Monday - Friday at 9:30am or 2pm. Sessions can be taken online (if you have a stable WiFi connection and suitable set of headphones with microphone) or in-person at Sarah's healing space in Hayle (Jan & Feb). Sessions are approximately 3hrs 30mins. This includes your pre-session chat (1hr), your hypnotherapy session (2hrs) and your post-hypnosis review with additional guidance (30mins). The package includes a meditation recording that you are advised to listen to daily the week prior to the appointment. This helps deepen your experience by practicing visualisation and relaxation techniques and connecting to Sarah's voice and energy. You also receive an audio recording of your hypnotherapy session shortly after.
