Treatments and courses in Millbrook are offered Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm.

NEW FOR 2026: frequency devices bring an optional upgrade to your treatments. Running in the background, the Scalar electromagnetic frequency waves resonate with the body to further heal and restore balance. Your drinking water will also be cleansed and you are welcome to bring your crystals to cleanse and activate too.

From West Street carpark, walk through the grassy area next to the children's park. Millbrook Works is through the wooden gate.
Free parking is available on the pharmacy carpark or beside the lake.

The number 70 bus links Millbrook with Plymouth via Torpoint, Antony, Whitsand, Kingsand, Cawsand and Cremyll (where you can also take the passenger ferry to Plymouth).
