What is Quantum Healing Hypnosis?

The Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) was first developed by Dolores Cannon. It accesses a level of trance which is ordinarily experienced two times a day: just before becoming awake and just before falling asleep.

This mysterious level of hypnosis can produce unexpected results as you re-visit past lives and access that all-knowing part - the Higher Self, or the subconscious mind, which has unlimited knowledge and an ability to heal the physical, mental and emotional body.

Soul Center Healing Hypnosis (SCHH)

Sarah trained with Soul Centre Healing Hypnosis, which builds upon Delores Cannon’s technique by including an extremely important initial stage of energy healing. This initial stage removes energetic blockages from this lifetime which may include spiritual releasement or trapped emotions.

The body, the mind and the spirit combine to make us human. Whilst we have a physical body, we also have an energetic body and a soul. We are not humans having a spiritual experience, we are spirits having a human experience and in order for this physical vessel to function correctly, it needs energy that will allow it to thrive.

Chakras are our energy portals, linking our energetic body down from our root into the planet and linking us up from our crown to the Universe and Source. We are like a network of lights plugged into a source of energy - we are light and connected to all that is!

Everything in the Universe is frequency and vibration and like attracts like. Unfortunately, this means that when we sustain a trauma in this world, we feel intense emotions. If these emotions are not dealt with, they hang around the emotional body like a cloud and over time this cloud of low frequency emotion begins to bleed into the energetic body, disrupting the flow of energy through the chakras. Now also vulnerable to low frequency attachments, blockages occur and without this necessary flow of energy through our system, our vitality is affected and the physical body experiences lethargy and dis-ease.

During a SCHH session, we identify where any physical symptoms are in the body and plot where any traumas are likely to have impacted the energetic body. Once identified, we help you to release this present life trauma, removing any attachments that are blocking or siphoning off your energy. Then we rebuild, clean and strengthen the chakra system and re-seal the aura so that vitality and optimum health can resume.

Once the energetic body is cleaned and any blockages within the chakra system are healed, we can then regress you down to a Theta brainwave state, taking you on a journey of Quantum travel where you can experience past multi-dimensional lifetimes, and connect with your Higher Self for healing and soul guidance through your pre-prepared questions.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on your individual healing needs and goals. Normally one session is enough but sometimes two are required if much healing work is required in the spiritual releasement section. The first session focuses on healing:

Identifying and removing energetic blockages in your chakra system, caused by emotional trauma during this lifetime.
Cleaning and rebuilding your chakra system so the energy can flow unhindered and your light can shine brightly!
Re-sealing your aura to help protect your energetic body from taking on new attachments of a low vibration.

Many clients report that after completing this initial stage of SCHH, they are now able to successfully regress down into a deeper state of trance, necessary for past life regression and Higher Self connection.

As we take a quantum travel back to re-visit past lives, your Higher Self will select events that hold a particular significance for you to see and learn from. This may be to heal trauma still held within the energetic body that is negatively affecting you in this lifetime, such as a phobia.

Then we connect directly to your Higher Self for further guidance and healing. Perhaps there is a lesson that needs to be understood before you can successfully move forward on your path. Maybe the Higher Self can offer wisdom and insights as to why you are experiencing your current ailments. Once the information has been 'heard', your Higher Self will assist in healing and releasing it. How amazing is that!

The Higher Self is all-knowing and for this reason many choose to ask a range of questions which you can prepare in advance of your session, such as guidance on your next steps in life and your soul purpose.

Time allocated to past life regression and Higher Self questions may be limited if there is much healing and clearing required at the start of the session within the chakra system. If so, you will be offered a second session for half price (£111). The second session then focuses on:

A quick energetic check to make sure your energy body is still looking good and there are no new low frequency attachments.
If necessary, additional clearing and strengthening work is done.
Quantum travel into past life regression - more time can now be spent exploring your different life time experiences.
Connecting to your Higher Self to answer all your questions.
Additional guidance is provided on how to keep your energy body healthy moving forwards with a meditation recording audio.

Requirements for Online Sessions

If you are unable to visit Sarah in Hayle for a treatment, you can still experience the same powerful healing hypnosis via an online session. However, please make sure to check first that you can meet all of these essential requirements:

You will need to use a computer, laptop or iPad for the zoom call. It is NOT possible to use a mobile phone!
You will need to wear a headset for the session, similar to the image shown. The headset must have a microphone that sits in front of the mouth. It is NOT possible to use a bluetooth or wireless headset, earbuds or a headset with an inbuilt microphone in the ears.
You will need a stable WiFi connection (minimum 15Mbps). You can check your internet speed by typing fast.com into your browser.
You will need a comfortable place to lie down and relax (e.g. your bed or sofa) that is private and free from any distractions.
