Reiki Activation Courses
Start a new journey of self-rediscovery, healing and spiritual awakening by immersing yourself on a Reiki foundation course. Become aligned to your soul's purpose and feel more balanced, whole, healthy and peaceful.
The foundation course for beginners includes theory learning, a Reiki activation attunement and practical learning on how to channel the Reiki energy for self-healing and treating others. On completion, you will feel more connected to your inner wisdom and empowered by the huge potential of this ancient practice of energy healing and cleansing. All courses are certified.
Private courses are offered on a 1:1 basis but can be booked for small groups (on request). Courses are delivered over one full day (10am - 4pm) or split into two 3hr morning/afternoon sessions.

Pre-Course Requirements:

You should have received at least one Reiki healing treatment prior to attending a Reiki course.

You must begin at Reiki Level 1 and complete each course in order observing the recommended times between each level.

There are a few pre-course recommendations for you to put into place the week prior to the activation, so plan ahead when booking a course.

You will also receive a meditation recording which you are recommended to listen to daily during this week.

Course Itinerary (6hrs): - What is Reiki? - The history of Reiki - The 5 Reiki principles - Self healing - What Reiki can and cannot do - Working with children & animals - The chakra system - Tuning into energies - The Reiki hand positions - L1 meditation & Reiki activation - Reiki healing practice - Certification Course fee includes: course manual & certificate, meditation audio, refreshments and ongoing support. Minimum time between Level 1 and Level 2 course is 3 months. Minimum time between Level 3 and Level 4 course is discretionary.
