Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative and rejuvenating form of guided meditation which promotes deep relaxation through an inner journey of self discovery.
It's often called 'yogic sleep' because the conscious mind switches off and allows the subconscious mind to guide the process. This is where the body-mind-soul relaxes deeply, helping to reduce stress levels and awaken a deeper connection to your inner world of manifestation and self-healing.
It is thought that just 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2-4 hours of deep, restful sleep. You will leave feeling refreshed and energised (after sipping your herbal tea to re-ground), plus you will receive a recording of the meditation so you can continue to practice regularly at home for longer lasting results.

During the workshop you will learn the basics of Reiki and how the healing energy can help your dog feel less anxious, living a more calm and contented life. It can also help soothe their aches and pains or speed up the healing process, post operation.
You will receive a Reiki attunement and learn how to channel the powerful Reiki energy for yourself and your pets. You will be introduced to a number of techniques and basic hand placements which you can put into practice with Hazel (my very chilled Springer Spaniel). Please note this workshop is for humans and non-certified.
