What is Quantum Healing Hypnosis?

The Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) was first developed by Dolores Cannon. ​​​​​This mysterious level of hypnosis can produce unexpected results as you re-visit past lives and access that all-knowing part of your soul; the Higher Self or subconscious mind, which has unlimited knowledge and an ability to heal the physical, mental and emotional body. ​​

Hypnosis is not anesthesia. You are fully aware of yourself lying on the bed the whole time. You are not ‘going under’, you are simply allowing the subconscious mind to lead you to where you need to go and to what you need to see, for your greatest healing benefit. We naturally enter this Theta brainwave state daily (just before awakening) and is similar to being in a deep meditation.

Sarah trained in Laura Whitworth's Soul Center Healing Hypnosis (SCHH) technique, which builds upon Delores Cannon’s QHHT by including an extremely important initial stage of energy healing. This involves removing blockages from the energy body such as trapped emotions, negative attachments or spiritual releasement.​

In order for our physical vessel to function correctly, it needs energy to thrive. The chakras are our energy portals, linking our energetic body down from our root into the planet and linking us up from our crown to the Universe and Source. We are like a network of lights plugged into a source of energy!

Everything in the Universe is frequency and vibration and like attracts like. When we sustain a trauma in this world, we feel intense emotions. If these emotions are not dealt with, they hang around the emotional body like a cloud and over time this cloud of low frequency emotion begins to bleed into the energetic body, disrupting the flow of energy through the chakras. Now also vulnerable to low frequency attachments, blockages occur and without this necessary flow of energy through our system, our vitality is affected and the physical body experiences lethargy and eventually dis-ease or body and mind.

During the pre-hypnosis chat, we identify where any traumas are likely to have impacted the energy body. We can then disconnect and release this present life trauma, removing attachments that are blocking or siphoning off your energy. Then we rebuild, clean and strengthen the chakra system and re-seal the aura with an added layer of protection so vitality and optimum health can resume.

Once the energy body is clean and any blockages within the chakra system are healed, we can then regress down to a Theta brainwave state, taking you on a journey of quantum travel where you can experience past or parallel multi-dimensional lifetimes, and connect with your Higher Self for further healing and soul guidance through your pre-prepared questions.​​​​
