Service Description

This mobile package is suitable one person and includes a 1hr Ayurvedic Health Consultation, followed by a 2hr Ayurvedic Full Body Massage. The 4hr appointment consists of: - Ayurvedic Health Consultation (1hr) - Setting up equipment (20mins) - Ayurvedic Full Body Massage (2hrs) - Packing up equipment (20mins) Following your appointment, Sarah will email a summary of the diet and lifestyle recommendations, along with instructions for preparing any suitable home herbal remedies. Requirements for mobile treatments: - Parking space at the house (this is essential for Sarah to be able to transport the equipment) - A peaceful, private room free of distractions large enough to comfortably fit a massage bed, with a minimum of 3m x 3m available space. Treatments may be taken outside if weather permits and a plug socket is accessible via an extension lead. - A plug socket nearby for the steamer. - Access to a sink with water (nearby kitchen or bathroom).
