Service Description

The 90min Ayurvedic Back, Legs & Feet Massage includes the back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands; hamstrings, calves and feet. The buttocks and hips can also be included if wanting to address conditions such as sciatica. Allow an additional 10mins for your first appointment to complete a consent form and discuss your preferences. Please detail any allergies or sensitivities to scents/oils on the booking form. Carefully selected warm therapeutic oils are used for a deep tissue massage to remove tension and accumulated knots. Your treatment also includes an acupressure point massage (marma madana), a chakra massage on the back (with Reiki), and a hot herbal poultice massage (pinda sweda).
