Service Description

The 2hr Ayurvedic Full Body Massage includes the back, neck, shoulders, arms and hands; legs & feet; stomach; head massage & facial. Allow an additional 10mins for your first appointment to complete a consent form and discuss your preferences. Please detail any allergies or sensitivities to scents/oils on the booking form. Carefully selected warm therapeutic oils are used for a deep tissue massage to remove tension and accumulated knots. Your treatment also includes an acupressure point massage (marma madana), a chakra massage on the back (with Reiki), and a hot herbal poultice massage (pinda sweda). The head massage can be selected with or without a warm therapeutic oil. A suitable cream, gel or oil is used for the facial. The stomach massage is optional and can be skipped if preferred.
