The 90 min appointment provides the opportunity to discuss your health goals, and symptoms of dis-ease within the body or mind that you would like to address. Sarah will look to find the root cause(s) of your disorder and any dosha imbalances, using Ayurvedic principles to provide dietary and lifestyle recommendations to help you regain health and wellness. You will be sent an email shortly afterwards, summarising these recommendations, which include: - An Ayurvedic perspective on your disorder(s) - A list of foods and food combinations to avoid/limit - A list of healing/balancing foods to include within your diet - Full instructions for preparing any herbal home remedies Where appropriate, Ayurvedic herbal supplements are available to purchase (at an additional cost). These are optional and may include herbal tablets, digestive powders, rejuvenation tonics or jams, therapeutic oils and calming teas. Our Ayurvedic herbal medicines are ethically sourced in Sri Lanka, produced with the finest quality ingredients. Prescriptions last approximately 4 weeks although some items may last longer depending on your suggested dosage. Consultations are also available via Zoom video call or telephone call.
