Service Description

The 1hr Ayurvedic Legs & Feet Massage includes the backs of the legs, the feet and the front of the legs. Glutes can also be included if required, e.g. for sciatic pain. Allow an additional 10mins for your first appointment to complete a consent form and discuss your preferences. Please detail any allergies or sensitivities to scents/oils on the booking form. Carefully selected warm therapeutic oils are used for a deep tissue massage to remove tension and accumulated knots. Your treatment also includes an acupressure point massage (marma madana), and a hot herbal poultice massage (pinda sweda).
