Service Description

Your distance energy healing session begins with a 10-minute chat by telephone or via Zoom call. This provides an opportunity to discuss what you would like the session to focus on and for Sarah to connect to your energy. You can then get comfortable in a private space and listen to a 1hr guided chakra cleanse meditation (link sent prior to access the audio via Dropbox). During this time, Sarah sends Reiki infused energy healing via distance which you receive in a similar way to in-person treatments. You then have the meditation audio to return to any time you wish.
