For 90min Quantum Healing sessions, select ONE of the following areas of focus: - The Healing Temple - Chakra Cleanse & Upgrade - Entity Release & Spiritual Protection - Past Life Exploration - Shift into a Timeline & Frequency of Abundance - Multi-dimensional Soul Integration Your appointment begins with a short consultation to confirm any healing needs and goals for the session. You can then get comfortable in a reclined position and close your eyes as you are guided through a quantum journey, moving through theta brainwaves states of deep relaxation as we connect to your subconscious mind. At times, Sarah will ask you to describe what you are experiencing through your senses. Therefore sessions are unique to the individual, aiming to find the root of any issue, finding clarity or meaning, removing blockages and bringing about positive change by aligning to your highest frequency in accordance with your soul's mission. Personal recommendations and a meditation audio are emailed to you shortly after the session to help you achieve longer lasting results. Online sessions available via Zoom (Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm).
