You can then get comfortable in a reclined position and close your eyes as you are guided through a quantum journey moving through theta brainwaves states of deep relaxation as we connect to your subconscious mind. At times, Sarah will be asking you to describe what you are experiencing through your senses. Therefore sessions are unique to the individual, getting to the root of the issue or blockage, and bringing about positive change by aligning to your highest frequency in accordance with your soul's mission. We finish with a short debrief and shortly after the session you will receive a meditation audio (link to Dropbox). This is for you to listen to for 21 days following your session (or as recommended) to achieve the greatest benefit and longer lasting results. In-person sessions are also available in SW Cornwall.
