Service Description

Allow 3.5hrs for the appointment which includes: - A consultation to discuss your healing needs and goals for the session (30-60mins) - Soul Centre Healing Hypnosis (SCHH) session (2-2.5hrs) - Post-hypnosis chat and recommendations (20mins) The package includes an information pack that is emailed after booking, with pre-session recommendations and a meditation recording that you are advised to listen to daily the week prior to the appointment. This helps deepen your experience by practicing visualisation and relaxation techniques, and connecting to Sarah's voice and energy. Refreshments are provided and you receive a link to an audio recording of your hypnotherapy session shortly afterwards. Online sessions are available via Zoom if you are unable to travel to Sarah in Cornwall. This requires a stable WiFi connection, a laptop, computer or iPad and a suitable set of headphones with microphone.
