The Reiki Level 1 course is suitable for beginners. However, you should have received at least one Reiki healing prior to attending the course (from any Reiki Therapist). Reiki Energy Healing with Sarah is £45 but if you book onto this course you can access a 1hr Reiki Healing at the reduced rate of £25. This course is delivered over two half days (2 - 5pm). You must attend both days to receive certification: - Wednesday 23rd September - Wednesday 30th September Private courses are also available (£150) and can be taken over one full day (10am - 4pm) or two 3hr sessions, at Gweek or Newtown. If you prefer this option, please email Sarah for availability or to express your interest in attanding a small group course at a later date: healing.me.uk@gmail.com The course fee includes: - Meditation (audio recording) to prepare for the attunement - Course manual (PDF) - Course certificate (to practice Reiki with friends and family) - Snacks and refreshments Course Itinerary: - What is Reiki? - The history of Reiki - The 5 Reiki principles - What Reiki can and cannot do - What to expect as a Reiki Healer - Working with children & animals - The chakra system - Tuning into energies - The Reiki hand positions - Meditation & Reiki attunement - Reiki healing practice - Certification Session 1 focuses on theory learning, whilst session 2 focuses mainly on practical learning after you have received the Reiki attunement.
