Upper Body De-Stress Massage
Service Description
The 90min Ayurvedic Upper Body De-Stress Massage includes the back, neck & shoulders; arms & hands; head massage & facial. Allow an additional 10mins for your first appointment to complete a consent form and discuss your preferences. Please detail any allergies or sensitivities to scents/oils on the booking form. Carefully selected warm therapeutic oils are used for a deep tissue massage to remove tension and accumulated knots. Your treatment also includes an acupressure point massage (marma madana), a chakra massage on the back (with Reiki), and a hot herbal poultice massage on the back, neck & shoulders (pinda sweda). Warm therapeutic oils are used on the scalp for the head massage and a suitable cream, gel or oil is used on the face.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not available after booking. If you are no longer able to make the appointment, please get in touch with at least 24 hours notice and we will try to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
