Ayurvedic Health Consultation
Your 1-1 consultation takes place via telephone or video call at the time and date you select on booking. Prior to the appointment, Sarah will send you a short form to complete, to outline your general health goals and areas of focus for healing that you would like to address on your journey towards optimum health, balance and wellness. ​

The consultation is 60 minutes. During this time, Sarah will ask you a range of questions about your health, diet, digestion, lifestyle, sleep, energy and stress levels. Your personalised 21-day Ayurvedic reset programme is then created for you to enjoy in the comfort of your home. The package is emailed to you within 24 hours and includes:

This begins with a little general information about Ayurveda and explains in simple terms how to implement basic Ayurvedic principles into your life for healing, healthy living and longevity.

The 21-day programme is divided into three distinct phases:

Preparation (week 1)

Cleanse (week 2)

Rejuvenation (week 3)​

Together, these equally important segments combine to create a full body-mind cleanse and reset. You will experience the most benefit when committing to a 21-day cleanse. However, for some people, it may be more appropriate to start with a shorter cleanse, and then progress to a full 21-day cleanse at a later time. Sarah will provide personal recommendations during your consultation.​
​
It is important to note that this is not a fad diet, it is an effective and healthy way to re-set your system, by removing foods that are heavy, processed or hard to digest. This allows your vital organs to rest, your digestive system to strengthen and your body to release deeply held toxins in the body and mind. Once this has been achieved, your body will become more effective in removing daily toxins. In addition, foods that provide essential vitamins and minerals for longevity and rejuvenation are now more readily accepted and incorporated within the system. Your body and mind become so much more efficient - think of it as giving yourself a full (oil and filter) service!!

Each week you will receive a meditation recording, selected for your individual needs. It is recommended that you set time aside each day to listen to these meditations, which offer a powerful tool for healing, balance and deep relaxation.

Ayurvedic Recipe Booklet (PDF)
​You will receive a number of recipes selected for your body type and health goals that are categorised under each phase of the programme. These include breakfast, lunch and dinner options, drinks and herbal remedies.
​
​The preparation phase allows you to slowly release the foods from your diet which may be aggravating, heavy or overloading the system, creating a build-up of toxins that can lead to imbalance or dis-ease in the body or mind.

Focus is then on cleansing recipes that are simple and easy to digest. During this time, you will also incorporate herbal remedies that strengthen the digestive system and different options in consuming ghee to enhance the cleansing process.

During the final phase, rather than jumping back to old ways, you are encouraged to slowly add foods back into the diet, especially those that are rejuvenating and those that strengthen the immune system, whilst also being mindful of your personal dietary recommendations.

Personalised Diet & Lifestyle Recommendations
Towards the end of the 21 days, you can schedule a follow-up consultation with Sarah. Here you can discuss your progress and Sarah can review your recommendations going forward to maintain health and wellbeing throughout the seasons.

You will receive a list of of foods to avoid or limit (in the short term) that may have contributed to your recent imbalanced state. These foods may not be the root cause of a disorder but as they hold the same qualities they can aggravate the condition and symptoms.
​
You will also learn which foods can help balance these qualities so you can continue to enjoy your favourites from the list in moderation, without any ill effects. Having this awareness provides a valuable tool kit that you can take forward through the seasons, knowing when to implement small changes as you learn how to read the subtle signs of your body and mind before it shifts out of balance again. ​
