The Soul Wisdom bundle is worth £330 when purchased as individual sessions. The package includes: Session 1: Health Consultation with Ayurveda & Soul Speak recommendations (90mins) Session 2: Reiki & Metatron Energy Healing (1hr meditation audio + distance healing) Session 3: Quantum Healing Hypnosis (3.5hrs) Session 4: Yoga Nidra (1hr meditation audio) Session 5: Multi-dimensional Soul Integration (1hr) Online appointments are available Monday to Sunday between 2pm and 8pm (UK time) November to January. Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm (UK time) February to October. The date and time selected on the booking calendar is for your first appointment (90min Ayurveda Health Consultation). Following booking, you will receive a form to complete to help Sarah tailor the sessions to your individual needs and goals. You can also confirm on the form your preferred dates and times for the Quantum Healing Hypnosis session (3.5hrs) and MSI session (1hr). You will receive a link to access the Reiki Energy Healing and Yoga Nidra meditation audios, which can be enjoyed at any time. It is recommended that you take all 5 sessions within 30 days. In-person appointments are available in Millbrook, SE Cornwall, from February 2026.
