Service Description

This is for an in-person appointment in Millbrook. Slots available are Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. Allow 3.5hrs for the appointment which includes: - Pre-hypnosis chat to discuss your healing needs and goals for the session (30-60mins) - Hypnotherapy session (2-2.5hrs) - Post-hypnosis chat and recommendations (20mins) The package includes an information pack with pre-session recommendations and a meditation recording that you are advised to listen to daily the week prior to the appointment. This helps deepen your experience by practicing visualisation and relaxation techniques and connecting to Sarah's voice and energy. You also receive an audio recording of your hypnotherapy session shortly afterwards. Online sessions are available via Zoom if you are unable to travel to Millbrook. This requires a stable WiFi connection, a laptop, computer or iPad and a suitable set of headphones with microphone.
