Service Description

The session is normally received in the form of a guided meditation. However, it may include active participation in gentle movement, tapping, humming or tuning. You are also invited to discuss any visualisations or guidance received throughout the session. Sarah will calibrate your energy body and then guide you to visit your Soul Records where you will discover an aspect of your multi-dimensional soul from a past or parallel lifetime. This aspect will provide you with the wisdom of your soul and any guidance or support that you require at this time. We can then integrate this aspect into your energy field and begin the connection of understanding more about the gifts and wisdom it can offer. Light language may also be used to support the process of calibration and/or integration.
