The 3.5hr session is divided into: - Pre-session chat to confirm your healing needs and goals for the soul integration (30-60mins) - Hypnosis session (2-2.5hrs) - Post-session chat with review and guidance The hypnosis session itself is like being in a deep guided meditation. You are fully present and aware but the subconscious mind takes the lead, allowing you to access deeper levels of soul connection. After the relaxation segment, bringing the mind into a theta brainwave state, the initial chakra cleanse and energy healing serves as a calibration for the soul integration, ensuring your energy body is fully aligned and your frequency is vibrating high. You are then guided to the Akashic Records where you discover a multi-dimensional aspect of your soul that's ready to be re-integrated into your energy field. Once the process of soul integration is complete, we connect with your Higher Self for more clarity and guidance about this soul aspect and the many ways in which it can benefit and support you. ​​The soul integration journey is very loving, gentle and empowering and may include light language to support the integration process.​​ The audio of your session is sent to you shortly afterwards. The 1hr session is delivered as a personalised guided meditation that may include toning, light language, gentle movement or tapping, to support the calibration process. Sarah uses her intuition to guide you through the journey of meeting your soul aspect and integration.
